Cancellation Policy
Please arrive to your appointment with your hair freshly shampooed , conditioned and detangled. Your service may be denied or a fee applied if the above is not done. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service please let us know within 24hrs of your appointment. We understand that things come up, if you need to reschedule please let us know asap! Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 75% of the service cost. If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice your appointment will be cancelled. If you are a No Show No Call, full price of the service will be owed. You are allowed to book another appointment once balance has been covered. If you are a No Show No Call twice you will no longer be able to book with us.
