Send us a DM on instagram (@rae_royalbraids) or email (tressesroyal@gmail.com)  and we will go over what style you wish to have done and answer any questions you may have.

Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 
 
We ask all our clients to at least have their hair shampooed, conditioned and detangled prior to arriving for your appointment.

Can I pick up my order on the same day?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  
 
All products except our SHEA MOI line can be picked up on the same day.
Our SHEA MOI line needs 3 days to be processed before pick up.
